Searches conducted in Mendhar villages

Rajouri, Nov 12: Security forces on Tuesday conducted a search operation in different villages of Poonch’s Mendhar area.

The operation was launched in morning hours on Tuesday and was called off in evening hours.

Officials said that over some specific information, security forces launched a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in villages of Mendhar including Kandi, Galuta.

Joint teams of forces including Jammu and Kashmir police, Special Operation Group of Police and CRPF conducted this operation that continued for hours together till evening.
