Srinagar, May 26:   Residents of Millatabad area of Peerbagh have complained of fluctuating voltage for the last several days.

A delegation from the area said that they usually receive sudden high voltage ranging from 230-240 volts. “Due to high voltage, auto cut of our transformers have been damaged. Subsequently, costly electronic gadgets of several households have also suffered damages and are not working properly. Sometimes the voltage drops to 30 volts. We fear the fluctuating voltage can damage our electric system and cause major mishap,” they said.
