Rate of interest on GPF revised

Jammu, Jan 23: The J&K Finance Department has revised the rate of interest on General Provident Fund (GPF) for the 4th quarter of the financial year 2023-24.

“It is hereby ordered that the accumulations at the credit of subscribers to General Provident Fund shall carry interest at the rate of 7.1 percent for 4th quarter of the financial year 2023-24 i.e., January 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024,” read an order issued by Principal Secretary Finance department Santosh D Vaidya.
