Prepare diligently for parliamentary polls: Dr Farooq Abdullah to NC leaders

Srinagar, Mar 14: National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah today asked his party cadres to prepare diligently for parliamentary polls.

According to a press release, he was addressing the North Kashmir Parliamentary constituency functionaries.

Various issues related to Lok Sabha polls were discussed. “Segment leaders were urged to prepare diligently for the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections. During the meeting, the party members discussed an array of issues and offered their valuable insights and suggestions to further strengthen the party's position on ground,” the press release said.

Party's Vice President Omar Abdullah, General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar, Treasurer Shammi Oberoi, Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani Sogami, senior leaders Choudhary Muhammad Ramzan, Sharief Ud Din Sharief, Nazir Ahmad Khan Gurezi, Mir Saifullah, Javed Ahmad Dar, District Presidents Qaisar Jamsheed Lone, Dr. Sajad Shafi Uri, Dr. Muhammad Shafi, Hilal Akbar Lone, Khawaja Yaqoob Wani, Irshad Kar, Reyaz Bedar, G H Rahi, Farooq Shah, Shafkat Watali, Javid Beigh, Showkat Mir, and Nazir Malik were present in the meeting.
