PDP demands relief to fire victims of Downtown area

Srinagar, Mar 14:  Senior PDP leader and Constituency incharge Habba Kadal Arif Laigaroo today visited fire-affected families at Islamyarbal area of Downtown and expressed solidarity with them.

During his visit, Laigaroo expressed dismay over the devastation caused to houses. He urged authorities to provide immediate relief to fire victims.

“It is an unfortunate and heart-wrenching incident. In this time of grief, we need to come forward to help these families to come out of this loss, It is also the moral duty of society to bring these affected back to life. I thank locals for their extraordinary efforts in saving the lives,” he added. Laigaroo was also accompanied by Zone President Habba Kadal Sameer ul Jameel and others.
