“Today, J&K is known as the tourism capital instead of terrorism capital,” Yogi said, reiterating statements of other BJP star campaigners including PM Modi and HM Shah.

Yogi said, there was a time when BJP needed permission to unfurl tricolour in Lal Chowk, "but the national flag is flying high today."

Yogi slammed JKNC, PDP, and Congress for "ruining J&K."

He said that it was Modi's government that provided voting rights to refugees from West Pakistan and Valmikis, who he said were deprived of these rights by the people who ruled J&K.

“These were the parties who supported terrorism in 1990 and enjoyed vacations in Europe and England,” Yogi said.

Taking a dig at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Yogi said the Leader of Opposition (LoP) must answer whether he supports NC’s agenda of promoting terrorism in Kashmir again and restoring the old bad days when there were two flags, two constitutions and two leaders.

The two phases of the three-phased assembly elections in J&K concluded yesterday, while the third and the final phase is expected to take place on Oct 1. Results will be declared on Oct 8.
