“It is crucial for voters to carefully consider their decisions and unite behind a common goal for the betterment of Jammu and Kashmir,” he said.

The former Chief Minister said that the current assembly elections are a battleground of ideologies, with the divisive BJP and its supporters on one side, and the National Conference Congress alliance on the other, fighting to prevent the BJP's influence from spreading further. “It is imperative that the people not only defeat the BJP but also reject any candidate who aims to divide votes, as the repercussions of such actions are still being felt from the 2014 elections,” he said.
