"When Modi can talk to Talibanis and mediate between Russia and Ukraine, why he can't talk to Kashmiris," the Member of Parliament said. He said that New Delhi never listened to Kashmiris and always betrayed them in UN and other forums.  Rashid said that both NC and PDP have blood of Kashmiris on their hands. He appealed to the people to vote for Awami Itihad Party.
