Srinagar, Dec 16: Cambridge has inaugurated its first authorised exam centre, Oasis Educational Institute, marking a significant educational development.
A statement said that Rajamanito awarded the plaque to Aashiq Masoodi, Chairman of Oasis Educational Institute, recognizing the institution's commitment to high-quality educational services.
The institute emphasises a comprehensive approach to learning, with practice books and classroom strategies designed to prepare students for competency-based assessments. The innovative learning approach bridges in-classroom and at-home learning through targeted language activities and digital resources.
Cambridge's future skills initiative focuses on holistic student development. The Young Pioneers programme (grades 7-10) combines curriculum learning with masterclasses and mentorship to cultivate innovation and entrepreneurial skills. Additionally, the Cambridge Climate Quest aims to enhance climate literacy among students in Grades 8-12 by integrating climate education across multiple subjects.
