Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan: YSS Bla conducts Mini Marathon in Sopore

Sopore, Jun 3: In a spirited show of community resolve against drug abuse, Sopore hosted a mini marathon on Tuesday under the 'Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan'.

Organised by the Department of Youth Services and Sports, Baramulla, the event drew energetic participation from schoolchildren, officials, and civil society members, all rallying together to promote a drug-free future.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from dozens of schoolchildren who ran in solidarity to spread the message of a drug-free society. Those present on the occasion included MLA Sopore, Irshad Rasool Kar, ADC Sopore, S.A. Raina, officers from the Youth Services and Sports Department, and local police officials. Their presence encouraged the participants and highlighted the administration's commitment to combating drug abuse through public engagement and youth participation.

The marathon concluded at Model Town Sopore with words of encouragement and appreciation for the young participants.
