Minor rejig in civil administration
Jammu, Jan 29: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha Wednesday assigned additional charge to two Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers while effecting the transfer and posting of another Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer.
Meanwhile, through a separate order, the Union Territory Government also assigned additional charge to a Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) officer.
“Shantmanu, IAS (AGMUT:1991) Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Higher Education Department (additional charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Information Technology Department) shall hold the charge of post of the Administrative Secretary, School Education Department, in addition to his own duties, relieving Suresh Kumar Gupta, IFS (AGMUT:1991), Principal Secretary to the Government, Culture Department of the additional charge of the post,” read an order issued by GAD Commissioner Secretary, M Raju.
As per order, Saurabh Bhagat, IAS (AGMUT:2002) Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Science and Technology Department will hold the charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Information Technology Department in addition to his own duties relieving Shantmanu, of the additional charge of the post.
K Ramesh Kumar, IFS (AGMUT: 2000), CCF Settlement and Demarcation, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Culture Department relieving Suresh Kumar Gupta of the charge of the post.
As per another GAD order, JKAS officer Alyaz Ahmad Naisroo, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag, will hold the charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Tourism Development Authority (TDA), Pahalgam, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
