Srinagar, Jan 15: The Medical Faculty Association (MFA), Government Medical College, Srinagar, extends its heartfelt congratulations to Dr Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, IAS, on his well-deserved promotion to the esteemed position of Secretary to the Government, Health & Medical Education Department, Jammu and Kashmir.

MFA in a statement said Dr Shah has been a pivotal figure in the state's healthcare and medical education sector, with a notable commitment to improving the welfare of faculty members.
