KP delegation visits Gurdwara
Jammu, Dec 29: A delegation of Kashmiri Pandits (KPs) based on All India Kashmiri Samaj and led by its President, Ravinder Pandita , visited Gurdwara Rakabgunj today to pay reverential homage to the martyrdom of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, Sabibzadas Veer Zorawar Singh Ji and Fateh Singh ji on their martyrdom, a press release said.
It added that the delegation interacted with the office bearers of the Gurudwara and promised to work together to honour the memory of the Sikh Gurus.
Speaking in the occasion, Ravinder Pandita said that Guru Tegh Bahadur stood for justice, for freedom of choice to practice any religion and against high handedness of the Mughal rulers. He added that in the entire history of the world, we cannot find any instance of an entire family, including children of tender age, sacrificing themselves to uphold Dharma.
