Anil Gupta, in his inaugural speech, exhorted the attendees to make best use of the expertise and experiences of the BCCI team to hone their skills and knowledge so that they can contribute towards the better performance of the JKCA players in the coming seasons.

He also reminded them that to be a successful physiotherapist, one needs to maintain a good rapport with the players so that mutual confidence can be developed wherein the physiotherapist gains the confidence of the player, who in turn benefits from the expertise of the physiotherapist, which will be a win-win situation for the both. It will also help the association as the injuries to the players will be controlled.
