IUST hosts NCC awareness programme for girls

Awantipora, May 24: The Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST) organised an NCC awareness programme at the campus today. This event was coordinated by the NCC Girls Wing of IUST wherein Col Prakash Tiwari from the J&K Girls Battalion, Srinagar interacted with the students.

The programme was aimed to enhance students' understanding of the NCC, highlighting its role in character building, leadership development, and national service. During the programme, Col Tiwari focused on the significance and benefits of the National Cadet Corps (NCC).

The programme was also attended by Registrar, Finance Officer, university officers, teachers and students.
