Dr Farooq, Omar Abdullah greet people on Republic Day

Srinagar, Jan 25: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President and MP from Srinagar Dr Farooq Abdullah and Vice President Omar Abdullah on Thursday extended warm greetings to people on the eve of the country's 75th Republic Day.

In his message, Dr. Farooq said, “May the spirit of our Constitution, celebrating the unity in diversity and freedom of hues prevail. I wish my fellow countrymen a very happy Republic Day.”

Omar Abdullah in his message said, “On the 75th Republic Day, let's unite to remember the founding fathers of our nation and its Constitution. The best tribute to them would be by imbibing the virtues of secularism, socialism, fraternity and democracy in our efforts. Happy Republic day.”
