Civil defence training course concludes

Srinagar, May 6: Five days basic civil defence training course concluded at Emm’s Tiny Tots Teaching Institute Rainawari here.

Experts from Civil Defense namely Ajaz Ahmad, Showkat Ahmad, Illyas Ahmad under the supervision of I/c Tariq Ahmad Shah imparted training to students and the staff in disaster management preparedness, earth- quake, “do’s and dont’s, First Aid, basic life support (BLS), fire fighting, rope rescue knots, rescue operations and mock drill.”

“Our 65 students and staff members from the school participated in the programme. The students were enthusiastic to participate in the training course.”

After receiving good response from the students, Mymoona Shah Principal of the school requested for conducting more such training course for students and staff.
