Srinagar, Aug 20: The Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) on Tuesday said that they held a crucial meeting in south Kashmir's Anantnag to strategise about the upcoming Assembly elections and to reinforce the party's structure.

The party's General Secretary (org), Ashok Koul emphasised the urgency of strengthening the party at the grassroots level while also urging the party workers to actively engage in their respective constituencies to the ensure the party's presence and influence are amplified.

"We must connect with the people, understand their concerns, and address them effectively. Our goal is to make a significant impact and secure a strong position in the elections," Koul said as an official handout by the party.

The meeting was attended by all the district presidents from south Kashmir.

This meeting, the handout said, served as a platform for party leaders to discuss strategies, share insights, and outline specific action plans for each district.
