Authorities hold interaction with civil society members on policy issues in Bandipora

Bandipora, Dec 10: The District Administration of Bandipora Sunday organised a consultative interaction, bringing together members of the civil society, traders, and transport associations to foster open dialogue and collaboration for the betterment of the community.

The interaction was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Bandipora Dr Owais Ahmad. SSP Bandipora Lakshay Sharma, ADDC Bandipora Mohammad Ashraf Hakak, ADC Bandipora Umar Shafi besides others were also present on the occasion.

The interaction aimed to create a platform for constructive discussions, allowing stakeholders to voice their concerns, share insights, and contribute to the decision-making process.
Key representatives from various segments of society actively participated in the session, engaging in fruitful discussions on issues ranging from local development initiatives to concerns related to
trade and transportation.

Deputy Commissioner Bandipora said that the diverse range of perspectives brought forth during the interaction will play a pivotal role in shaping future policies and initiatives for the benefit of the entire district.

Dr Owais said the District Administration acknowledges the vital role played by civil society, traders, and transporters in the socio-economic fabric of Bandipora. Through such dialogues, the administration seeks to strengthen its ties with these crucial stakeholders, ensuring that their voices are not only heard but also incorporated into the decision-making process.
