Reasi, Feb 29:  An anti-drug abuse was held at General Zorawar Singh Degree College Reasi.

The campaign was launched in collaboration with District Youth Sports and Services Reasi and Education Department, organised /Run for Fun against Narcotics with the slogan Say No to Drugs, at General Zorawar Singh Sports Stadium Reasi.

The event aimed to not only promote health and fitness among the youth but also to provide a platform for students to showcase their athletic abilities and sportsmanship.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation of students in the schools and colleges, who joined the run with great energy and zeal, making it a spirited affair.

The Youth Conclave Run for Fun was flagged off by the District Development Commissioner Reasi, Vishesh Mahajan.

Speaking on the occasion, DDC Reasi highlighted the grave issue of drug abuse among the youth. He emphasized the need for parents to be vigilant and monitor their children's activities to ensure they stay away from drugs, as drug abuse can severely hamper the future of the youth.
