5 JKAS officers transferred

Jammu, Nov 8: J&K Government has ordered the transfers and postings of five Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) officers with immediate effect.

Out of them, four Junior Scale JKAS officers were posted as Under Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat while one JKAS officer was posted as Additional Secretary in the office of the Chief Secretary.

As per an order issued by General Administration Department (GAD), Dr Farukh Nasir Paul, Junior Scale JKAS, presently posted as Under Secretary to the Government, Labour & Employment Department, has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary (Media and Publicity) in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat.

Abhay Indu Sharma, Junior Scale JKAS, presently posted as Under Secretary in the J&K Services Selection Board, has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat.

Kashif Altaf Bhat, Junior Scale JKAS, presently posted as Under Secretary to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Department, has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat.

Imtiyaz Ahmad Lone, Junior Scale JKAS, presently posted in the Revenue Department, has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat.

Through a separate GAD order, Malik Suhail Ahmed, JKAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the office of Chief Secretary, with immediate effect.
