5 JKAS officers among 7 transferred, posted

Jammu, Mar 12: The government Tuesday ordered the transfers and postings of seven officers, including five Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) officers, with immediate effect.

One JKAS officer was also assigned an additional charge.

As per the order, Amir Hussain, JKAS, Deputy Secretary in the J&K Public Service Commission, has been transferred and posted as Special Officer, Auqaf, J&K.

Zakir Hussain, Assistant Commissioner Panchayat, Kishtwar, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department.

Phulail Singh, JKAS, Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Kishtwar, will hold the charge of the post of Assistant Commissioner Panchayat, Kishtwar, in addition to his duties, till further orders.

Mohsin Raza, JKAS, Deputy Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department, has been transferred and posted as District Mineral Officer, Rajouri.

Tariq Ahmad Reshi, JKAS, Sub-Registrar, Sopore, holding additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Sopore, has been transferred and posted as District Mineral Officer, Anantnag.

He will also hold the charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Anantnag, in addition to his duties, till further orders.

Showkat Ahmad Bhat, JKAS, District Mineral Officer, Anantnag, holding additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Anantnag, has been transferred and posted as Sub-Registrar, Sopore. He will also hold the charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Sopore, in addition to his duties, till further orders.

Muhammad Naseeb, JKAS, District Mineral Officer, Rajouri, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department.

Majid Jehangir, Special Officer, Auqaf, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary in the J&K Public Service Commission.
