Z-Morhtunnel  game changer: Altaf Thakur

Srinagar, Jan 11: J&K BJP spokesman Altaf Thakur today described the Z-Morh tunnel a game changer to boost  the tourism and economy of J&K.

“Sonamarg is a jewel of Kashmir, and this tunnel will keep it open year-round, boosting tourism and creating employment opportunities,”  he said in a statement.

He emphasizsd the tunnel’s role in driving economic prosperity by reducing travel time, facilitating trade, and encouraging investments in the region. Thakur also praised the central government for prioritising infrastructure projects in J&K, including the ongoing Zojila Tunnel.

“This tunnel is not just about connectivity—it’s a gateway to progress and prosperity for our region,” he concluded.
