Yuva Society, Norwegian Cricket Federation announce global talent hunt

Srinagar, Nov 22: Yuva Society and the Norwegian Cricket Federation are set to organise the "First Global T-20 Battle in Dubai" to discover top cricket talent across India.

A statement said that the talent search will feature comprehensive trials in two locations: Doon School in Srinagar from December 1-3, 2024, and Country Cricket Stadium in Village Gharota, Bhalwal, from December 6-8.

The open trials welcome participants from all age groups, including students, individual cricketers, and those seeking international cricket exposure. Aspiring players must register online at www.yuvasocietv.org and bring printed registration confirmations to the trials.

Participants are required to submit identification documents such as birth certificates, Aadhar Cards, or student IDs. Registered players will receive a t-shirt and meals during the trials and are advised to arrive in proper cricket attire with their personal cricket equipment.

Match dates and venues will be announced following the conclusion of the trials. The organizers aim to provide a platform for promising cricketers to showcase their skills and potentially gain international recognition.
