Youth stabbed in Srinagar's Amda Kadal, hospitalised 

Srinagar, June 20: A 25-year-old youth was admitted to SKIMS Soura on Friday after being stabbed in Amda Kadal area of central Kashmir's Srinagar district on late night.

The injured youth has been identified as Shahbaz Hussain, resident of Gulshan Bagh, Amda Kadal, news agency JKNS quoted official as saying.

Shahbaz, according to an official was attacked with a knife by a person known to him.

He was shifted to SKIMS Soura for medical attention where his condition is said to be stable, official said.

Police have taken cognizance of the incident and further investigation is underway.
