Youth dies in Mendhar accident

Poonch, Oct 24: A 24 year old youth from Harni village of Mendhar died after his motorcycle collided with a tractor at Harni.

The deceased has been identified as Wahid Rashid Khan son of Mohammad Rashid Khan resident of Harni.

Police said that an accident took place on Tuesday afternoon when a motorcycle and a tractor collided head on in which a motorcyclist sustained injuries. He was immediately taken to Sub District Hospital but was declared as brought dead by the doctors.

Body of deceased, officials said, was taken into possession by police and was handed over to the family for last rites after medico legal formalities.
