Yogi’s UP to make global pitch in sands of Dubai

Lucknow, Apr 4: Uttar Pradesh is set to make a splash on the international tourism stage as it prepares for a major showcase at the prestigious Arabian Travel Mart (ATM) in Dubai, scheduled from April 28 to May 1. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the state aims to position itself as a top-tier travel destination, highlighting its historical legacy, cultural vibrancy, and natural allure.

The UP Tourism Department will unveil a 50-square-meter pavilion at the event, designed as a gateway to the state's diverse tourism circuits.

The display will spotlight themes such as the Sufi Circuit, Eco-Rural Tourism, River Tourism, and Health and Wellness Travel.

A roadshow and a series of immersive cultural performances will bring Uttar Pradesh’s soul to life for global visitors.

Attractions will include the fragrant heritage of Kannauj’s perfumes, Agra’s majestic architecture, and live demonstrations of traditional dances like Vrindavan’s Peacock Dance, Jhansi’s Bundeli Folk, and Lucknow’s classical Kathak.

The pavilion will double as a networking hub, facilitating B2B and B2G engagements, while promoting UP Tourism’s revamped website and mobile app, designed to offer seamless travel planning tools.
