Woman injured in bear attack at Dachhan

Ramban, Nov 13: A bear attacked and injured an elderly women at the Dachhan area of Kishtwar on Monday

Official sources said a woman named Nazira Begum, wife of Sadullah Mir resident of village Thachana was attacked by a wild bear near her house. She was critically injured.

She was rescued by locals and later shifted to District Hospital Kishtwar for treatment.
