Winter vacations in Jammu division schools from Dec 26

Jammu, Dec 18: All government and recognized private schools of the summer zone of Jammu division will observe a ten-day winter vacation with effect from December 26, 2023 to January 4, 2024.

Directorate of School Education Jammu (DSEJ), while issuing an order in this connection, also directed that all teachers would “remain available on demand for any online guidance of students during vacation period.”

“Any default on part of the Head of the schools or teaching staff in observance of this schedule shall attract action under rules,” warned Director School Education Jammu, Ashok Kumar Sharma.
