Will work for development of Langate: NC candidate

Kupwara, Sep 14: The joint candidate of National Conference and Congress for Langate assembly segment Irshad Ganai Saturday said that if elected he will work for the overall development of Langate constituency.

He was talking to media on the sidelines of workers convention at his residence Pohrupeth Langate area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district. The event saw the participation of National Conference senior leader and constituency incharge for Langate Shafkat Ali Watali and other senior leaders of Langate unit.

Ganai urged the people of Jammu and Kashmir to support the alliance, criticising past governments for failing to deliver. He warned voters to be cautious of BJP-backed candidates appearing in different forms, stating that some individuals were exploiting voters without addressing their issues.
Shafkat Ali Watali, speaking in support of the alliance, vowed to give his full support to ensure the success of the alliance candidate in the upcoming elections. The convention aimed to rally support for the alliance and address the concerns of the local population.
