Will wait for statehood restoration till Aug-Sept: Deputy CM
Rajouri, Jun 14: Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary today said that they are waiting for restoration of statehood till August-September and “otherwise will highlight all the misdoings committed in Jammu and Kashmir during last 10 years. “
He was addressing a public gathering during grievances redressal camp at Nah village near Line of Control (LoC) in Nowshera assembly constituency of Rajouri district.
“We have certain issues which can only be rectified after statehood restoration for which we will wait untill August – Septembe,” said Deputy Chief Minister adding, “ If statehood is not restored, we will highlight all the misdoings committed in Jammu and Kashmir during last 10 years.”
He also mocked the slogan of “Ache Din” saying that people are decrying even for basic amenities like water and health services which fuse the slogan of “Ache Din.”
Singh also spoke on tension between India and Pakistan. He accused Pakistan of fueling terrorism in India but said the war is no solution of things. “ Many people talk of PoJK but I request our government (central government) to firstly think of our own people and give employment to our youth and than to think of Pakistan Occupied Jammu and Kashmir,” said Deputy CM.
