Wife of late Farooq Nazki passes away

Srinagar, Sep 27: Bilquis Banoo, wife of Late Farooq Nazki breathed her last at a hospital in Srinagar on Friday. She was in her seventies.

Relatives of the deceased told Greater Kashmir that she was suffering from multiple ailments, and was struggling for a couple of years.

The Nimaz-e-Jinaza will be offered after Maghrib prayers at the shrine of Hazrat Mir Sayeed Yaqoob (RA) in Sonwar locality of Srinagar, after which she will be laid to rest at the graveyard at Malkha, near Kathi Darwaza.
