Why is it so difficult to follow Gandhi's path, asks Wangchuk as he is denied to protest at Delhi's Jantar Mantar

Wangchuk, who along with around 100 activists started a foot march towards the national capital from Leh on September 1. They demand a statehood for Ladakh and also seek Ladakh's inclusion in the sixth schedule of the Indian constitution. Wangchuk and his comrades were first detained at Delhi border on Oct 1, but were later released.
However, on Sunday, the noted environmental activist took to his official handle on X, announcing his 'frustration' over the orders of the Delhi administration.
Wangchuk said that they had received a rejection letter today morning, refusing them to hold protest at their designated place-Jantar Mantar.
"If Jantar Mantar is not allowed then please tell us which place is allowed. We want to abide by all laws and still express our grievance in a peaceful way," he wrote.
"Why is it so difficult to follow the path of Gandhi in his own country. There must be a way...," wrote the agitated activist.
