“We’ll win one seat, fight strongly for others, no horse trading”: BJP MLA Ranbir Singh Pathania

Srinagar, Oct 23: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Ranbir Singh Pathania on Thursday said, the party is fully prepared for tomorrow’s Rajya Sabha elections and confident of a positive outcome.

While speaking to media persons after a meeting of legislators, Pathania stated, “We had a meeting of legislators today, especially focused on tomorrow’s Rajya Sabha elections. We are hopeful of winning one seat and will fight strongly for the remaining two.”

He further emphasized that all BJP legislators will strictly adhere to the party line during the voting process. “We will not go for horse trading or unconscious support, but we will consciously and willingly vote in line with our principles,” he said.

Reaffirming the BJP’s commitment to its ideology, Pathania added, “We will defend our stand on all issues as per our ideology and in the spirit of nationalism.” (KNC)
