Webinar on e-waste management held

Awantipora, Feb 19: The Department of Management Studies, IUST organised a webinar on “e-waste management” in collaboration with Karo Sambhav, promoting sustainable and responsible practices. The programme brought together experts, faculty members, students, scholars and participants from various backgrounds to explore the importance of sustainable management practices in today’s business landscape.

Omkar Ganu, Senior Specialist at Karo Sambhav delivered the keynote address and discussed the challenges and potential solutions associated with e-waste management. In his opening address, Prof. Parvez A. Mir, Dean and Head of the Department of Management Studies, emphasised the critical role of e-waste management in contemporary society.
