Man by its nature is bound to flock with the birds of the same feather. But the question is; how does he choose it when there is a whole population of the species around him?
The basis of it is laid in the very foundation he is brought up in-that is where comes the lineage into effect, the caste, the occupation, the experiences, the learnings and his own trajectory which he sets in while growing up.

This can be established by studying the behavioural aspects of different societies in the world living with distinct cultures, customs and environments. Give each one a same problem to handle, they would find its solution in the way they have been taught to and brought up to do.

For instance, traditional societies had different means and resources catering to finding solutions to their issues as compared with the modern societies where technology does aid and innovate things to cater to the same needs.

Technology brings the bane of disrupting the morality of otherwise well-knit cultures living in different regions, following different religions, and sects- performing rituals to find solace. But one can’t blame technology only as it does benefit by interconnecting people across these same divisions. That is where moral education comes very handy as a guiding tool. It imprints the foundation of a being which is unshakable and sets the inception of his individual growth and the occupation he chooses. The integrity he inculcates from that remains intact no matter how challengeable it becomes at times.

Any invasion brought in by intermingling or intermixing would negate at the personal core, established by the very moral education he begins his journey of life with. It is the responsibility of the family first, followed by society, to make sure the social order remains undisturbed.

Now another question arises here; what exactly the family constitutes of? Well, family is an individual idea. It is in the genes of an individual. We often hear that ‘somebody is a family man’. It infers that it’s in the genes of a person rather the actual notion of a family we have understood.

The same trickles down through the lineage to one’s children, grandchildren, and so on. Moral education binds and guides this individual into a greater family wherever he is bound to mingle-an organisation, an institution, or any other workplace. It is rarely found these days but it’s a valuable trait one can have and promote throughout his life.
To make our world a better place, we need to be in a sincere hunt of these precious gems to be our mentors, teachers coaches, and so on and so forth.
