Srinagar, Oct 16: PDP Youth President and MLA Pulwama, Waheed –Ur- Rehman Parra, today expressed deep grief over the tragic death of eight year-old Zobia Gulzar, who was mauled to death by stray dogs in the Beighpora area of Pulwama district.

In a statement, Parra conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, stating, "The death of little Zobia is a painful reminder of the serious issue of stray dog attacks in our region."

He extended his thoughts and prayers to Zobia's family, wishing for the deceased's soul to find eternal peace and hoping that her legacy of love and kindness would provide comfort and strength to the grieving family.

The PDP leader called upon the local authorities to take immediate and effective measures to address the issue of stray dogs, emphasizing the need for a comprehensive and humane approach to tackle the growing menace in the region to prevent such tragedies in the future.
