Voter awareness programme held

Srinagar, Aug 27: With an aim to spread voter awareness, promote electoral literacy and maximise electoral participation in upcoming General Elections to Legislative Assembly-2024, a mega Voter Awareness programme under SVEEP (Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation) was held at Nehru Park in Dal Lake here today.

The Voter Awareness programme as organised by Returning Officer, 24-Zadibal Assembly Constituency, Dr. Khalid Hussain Malik aimed to educate citizens about the importance of voting, voter registration processes, and electoral participation.
