Bandipora, Feb 22:  To promote the Voter Awareness and civic engagement as part of Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) campaign, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Shakeel ul Rehman Rather today flagged-off a rally of students from Mini Secretariat Bandipora.

Deputy District Election Officer, Mohammad Rafeeq Bhat; Nodal officer trainings, Nodal Officer SVEEP, and other concerned officers were also present on the occasion.

Students from various schools, colleges, ITIs, and Polytechnic College Bandipora participated in the rally. The rally was aimed to generate awareness for encouraging citizens to actively participate in the electoral process and exercise their right to vote.

The rally, which started from Mini Secretariat Bandipora, concluded at NM Higher Secondary School Kaloosa raising awareness regarding ethical voting practices among citizens, ensuring a vibrant and inclusive democracy.
