Vehicle overturns in Navyug Tunnel on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway, all passengers safe

Srinagar, Apr 03: A speeding Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) on Wednesday overturned inside Banihal-Qazigund tunnel along Srinagar-Jammu highway.

However all passenger boarding into the vehicle have been evacuated safely.

An official said that an SUV bearing no. DL7 CS 4042 overturned inside the Navyug tunnel near Qazigund on the Jammu-Srinagar highway. He said no one has been injured in the incident.

The vehicle was coming towards Jammu, the official said.

He added that all passengers are safe and have been evacuated from the overturned vehicle safely.
