VC BGSBU visits Shahdara Sharief

Rajouri, Mar 9: The Vice Chancellor (VC) of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU), Prof Jawaid Iqbal, visited the revered Shahdara Sharief Shrine, a site of profound spiritual and historical significance in the region.

According to a press release, during the visit, Prof Jawaid Iqbal met with Abdul Qayoom Mir, Administrator of Auqaf Rajouri, to discuss fostering stronger collaboration between BGSBU and the Auqaf authorities in areas of mutual interest. The discussions focused on potential partnerships aimed at promoting academic, cultural, and community-oriented initiatives that align with the University’s mission of contributing to societal progress.

On this occasion, Prof Jawaid Iqbal offered prayers for the continued growth, academic excellence, and overall development of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University.
