UPSC recruitment: Over 200 vacancies announced

New Delhi, Sep 8: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has invited applications for 213 posts across various departments of the Government of India.

These include 38 vacancies of legal officers in the Department of Legal Affairs under the Ministry of Law and Justice, three posts of assistant director in the joint cadre of the National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) and the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, 15 lecturer positions in Urdu in the School Education Department, 125 medical officer posts in the Health and Medical Education Department, and 32 accounts officer posts in the Finance Department of the Union Territory of Ladakh.

The detailed notification (Advertisement No. 13/2025) will be uploaded on the UPSC website upsc.gov.in. Interested candidates can apply online through the UPSC ORA portal upsconline.gov.in/ora between September 13 and October 2, 2025. Candidates are advised to read the instructions carefully before submitting applications.
