Unidentified man’s body found at Dalgate

Srinagar, Dec 6: A body of an unidentified male was found at Dalgate area here today.

Police spokesperson in a statement said that the body was found by a police party of Police Station Ram Munshi Bagh near Suliaman Complex at Dalgate area during morning hours.

The deceased was shifted to SMHS hospital where the doctors declared him brought dead. "Cognisance has been taken and proceedings under law initiated. The unidentified dead body has been kept in the mortuary of SMHS hospital for identification. Police seek help from the general public in identification of the deceased.
