Srinagar, Jul 4: Ummiyah H Masoodi, was awarded the prestigious Gold medal at the 6th Convocation of Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir (SKUAST-K).

The 6th Convocation Ceremony was held at the Convention centre of the SKUAST-K. Ummiyah, daughter of Dr Rafiq Ahmad Masoodi and Muntazir-I-Haram, secured first position in Doctor of Philosophy (Vegetable Science) and was honored on the recommendation of the Academic Council for her outstanding academic achievements.

The convocation ceremony, held at the university's main campus in Shalimar, Srinagar, witnessed the participation of esteemed scholars, faculty members, and proud family members.
