Two suspects held with arms in north Kashmir’s Bandipora: Army

Srinagar, Mar 13: Army on Thursday said two suspected individuals were held with arms and ammunition in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district.

“On 12 Mar 2025, based on specific intelligence input, a Joint Search Operation was launched by IndianArmy, J&K Police  and CRPF at Gandbal-Hajin Road, Bandipora,” said an army official.

During search, he said, two suspected individuals have been apprehended alongwith recovery of 01xPistol, 01xPistol Magazine, 02xHand Grenades, 01xAK Magazine, ammunition & other war like stores.

Further investigation by the police is in progress, said the official.
