Two soldiers injured in ongoing Bandipora encounter

Bandipora, Apr 24: Two soldiers were injured in an ongoing gunfight between terrorists and security forces in Renji woods of north Kashmir's Bandipora district on Wednesday morning.

A top police officer said two soldiers have received injuries in the ongoing operation who have been hospitalized.

He said that helicopters have been pressed into service while more forces have been rushed to the spot to track down hiding terrorists. (KS)
