Two JKAS officers transferred, posted

Srinagar, Aug 05:  The J&K government on Monday ordered transfers and postings of two JKAS officers with immediate effect, an official order said.

"In the interest of administration, the following transfers and postings are hereby ordered with immediate effect:

Mr. Pawan Singh Rathore, JKAS, Director, Geology and Mining, J&K, has been transferred and shall await further orders of posting in the General Administration Department.

Mr. Puneet Sharma, JKAS, Director, Urban Local Bodies, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Director, Geology and Mining, J&K.

He shall also hold the charge of the post of Director, Urban Local Bodies, Jammu, in addition to his own duties, till further orders," read the order.
