Srinagar, Aug 20: Trident Group, a global enterprise with a turnover exceeding USD 2 billion, has announced the launch of 'Takshashila,' its flagship recruitment and training programme. This initiative aims to recruit and train 2,000 entry-level employees from rural and semi-urban areas across India, focusing on skill development, employment, and nation-building.

The Takshashila Programme provides opportunities for youth from diverse educational backgrounds, including ITI, diplomas, and 10+2 education. By lowering educational barriers, the program enables young individuals to earn, learn, and grow, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and personal development.
