Training program on new laws held in Kishtwar

Kishtwar, June 30: A three- day training programme on three new laws with regard to Bhartiya Nayaye Sanhita, Bhartiya Sakhshi Adhiniyam, and Bhartiya Nagrig Suraksha Sanhita concluded on Saturday at District Court Complex Kishtwar

According to a statement, the training course for lawyers was presided over by Principal District and Sessions Judge Kishtwar while as CJM Kishtwar Mahmud Anwar Alnasir was the resource person.

“The training program, was actively attended by Members of the bar. Questions were raised with regard to the various checks and balances in the new laws, and it was intended to initiate the new era of legal reforms and the concept of Bharat (that is India),” the statement said.
