Training imparted to Master Trainers, Supervisors in Bandipora
Bandipora, Dec 17: In an effort to ensure the effective implementation of Mission YUVA, a comprehensive training programme for Master Trainers and Supervisors, appointed for the conduct of baseline enumeration, survey, was held on Tuesday at the Conference Hall, Mini Secretariat Bandipora.
The training session led by Dr Murtaza Rashid, OSD to CEO Mission Youth, aimed to address key operational concerns and ensure the seamless execution of the baseline survey. The programme brought into discussion many important aspects that need to be ensured for the task ahead.
Speaking on the occasion, the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Bandipora, Zaffar Husson Shawl stressed the importance of thoroughly assessing the availability of trained manpower. He emphasized the need to ensure sufficient manpower is in place, aiming to prevent any disruptions during the survey process.
During the event, the ADC said that the project involves the active participation of every department, with each contributing to the program’s overall objectives. He emphasised the importance of a unified approach to create a strong foundation for the program.
Dr Murtaza provided valuable insights regarding the roles and responsibilities of both Master Trainers and Supervisors during the Baseline Enumeration process to ensure optimal management and execution.
He presented an overview of the five-year project, outlining the preparatory phase and the creation of a robust ecosystem for its success. He emphasized that the program’s focus is to ensure the continuous hand-holding of entrepreneurs.
Earlier, a short video presentation showcasing the successful entrepreneurs was shown to the participants, emphasizing the importance of raising awareness among budding youth entrepreneurs about the benefits of the mega scheme.
Among others the event was attended by Assistant Labour Commissioner Bandipora, Block Development Officers and other concerned officials.
